Mr. Aubertin has held senior leadership positions at a range of European-based industrial and services businesses. From 2014-2017, Mr. Aubertin served as CEO of CG Power, the electrical equipment and systems group. Prior to this, he was CEO of Doosan Power Systems, the power engineering firm, from 2010 to 2013. Between 2003 and 2009, Mr. Aubertin was a senior executive of Alstom, provider of integrated transport systems, equipment, and services, first as senior vice president of Alstom Power, Global Sales and Marketing, and later as managing director of Alstom Energy and Environment Systems Group, a boiler, power, and environment control systems business with €3 billion in sales and 10,000 employees in Asia, the U.S., and Europe. Prior to Alstom, Mr. Aubertin served as president of the telecommunication satellites division of EADS Astrium, having previously occupied several leadership positions at Matra Marconi Space.

Sir Leahy was chancellor of UMIST, his alma mater, from 2002 until 2004, when he became a co-chancellor of the newly-formed University of Manchester.

Sir Terry Leahy became a senior advisor to CD&R in 2011 and is based in London. In his 32-year career at Tesco plc, Sir Terry helped to transform the company into the third-largest retailer in the world, serving in several senior positions including CEO from 1997 to 2011. During his CEO tenure, Tesco quadrupled both sales and profits, and expanded into new products, store formats, lines of business, and geographies. Sir Dave Lewis has more than three decades of experience in the Consumer Goods and Retail sectors. He is currently Chair of consumer health company, Haleon, and sits on the board of PepsiCo. Sir Dave is also Chairman of Xlinks, a privately owned renewable energy business. Prior to these roles, Sir Dave spent the majority of his career at Unilever, beginning as a graduate trainee and rising to join the Global Executive Team, first as President Americas and then as Global President for Personal Care. After 28 years at the consumer goods giant, he left to run Tesco, leading the retailer for six years between 2014 and 2020. In addition to substantial operational performance improvement, significant corporate repositioning took place including the divestments of businesses in Korea and Thailand. In the UK, Tesco completed a £3.7bn merger with the UK’s biggest wholesaler, Booker, to create a retail and wholesale powerhouse. Sir Dave is the Chair of WWF-UK, and was chair of Champions 12.3, a UN program seeking to add momentum to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Target 12.3 by 2030. Sir Dave co-chaired the Consumer, Retail and Life Sciences Business Council, which was established to advise the UK Prime Minister, and for three months in 2021, he volunteered to help the UK Government work through the supply chain challenges the country was facing at the time.

Mr. Seral is the former vice president and CIO for GE Energy, where he led a global team responsible for implementing IT and digital strategies with solutions and global information tools to drive business and customer growth. His responsibilities encompassed ERPs, cloud infrastructure, global networks, customer applications, and cyber-security. Mr. Seral began his career with the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority where he was responsible for designing and implementing criminal justice IT solutions. He joined GE in 1982 and served in seven business CIO roles over 30 years, including Auto Auctions, Railcar Services, Auto Financial Services, GE Lighting, and GE Plastics. He became an officer of GE in 2000 and joined GE Energy in 2002 as the CIO. He also assumed the CIO role of GE Infrastructure, which included GE Energy, Aviation, and Transportation for several years to drive IT consolidation across three major businesses. Mr. Seral was the Georgia CIO Leadership Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award winner in 2013, as well as the Georgia CIO of the year in 2004. He serves on the boards of Softtek and Tech Mahindra.

Mr. Seral has an M.B.A. in marketing and finance from the Keller Graduate School, and a B.S. in math and computer science from the University of Illinois.

Ms. Starr brings more than 35 years of experience as a senior executive and leader in the consumer products industry and will work with CD&R's Consumer, Retail & Business Services team to advise the funds' consumer businesses. Ms. Starr was most recently the Executive Vice President of Supply Strategy and Transformation for Advance Auto Parts (“Advance”) from March 2017 until her retirement in December 2018. She is credited with leading the development and execution of the re-architecture of Advance’s business model to deliver transformative financial value. Ms. Starr spent most of her career with food, snack, and beverage multinational PepsiCo. From 2008 to 2017, she was Senior Vice President of PepsiCo Supply Chain with responsibility for Frito Lay's North American Supply Chain. In this role, Ms. Starr led 22,000 employees engaged in supply chain operations for the $14 billion Frito Lay business unit. Ms. Starr held numerous executive roles over her 31 years with PepsiCo after beginning her career with Procter & Gamble. Ms. Starr earned an M.B.A. from Georgia State University and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech.

During his tenure there, White Cap grew from $1 Billion to over $6 Billion in revenue, transitioning from a subsidiary of HD Supply to a high performing independent company. Prior to leading White Cap, Mr. Stegeman was President and CEO of Ferguson Enterprises, where he began his career in 1985. He also serves on the boards of the U.S.-China Business Council and Catalyst. He is a member of the Board of Visitors at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Mr. Taylor has a B.S. in electrical engineering from Duke University.

During his almost decade long tenure at Kuehne+Nagel, he led the company through an important period of growth, transformation, and consolidation, to make it the largest third-party Logistics & Supply Chain Solutions provider in the world. He almost doubled net revenue from CHF 20.1 billion in 2013 to CHF 39.4 billion in 2022, and during the same period, more than quadrupled net profit. Dr. Trefzger also oversaw the $1.5 billion acquisition of Apex International, significantly expanding Kuehne+Nagel’s air logistics footprint in Asia. Prior to his time with Kuehne+Nagel, he spent 15 years at Schenker AG in various senior management positions, including Executive Vice President of Global Contract Logistics & Supply Chain Management, as well as temporary EVP roles for land traffic, sea, and airfreight. Dr. Trefzger began his career at Siemens AG and Roland Berger & Partner. He is a non-executive director of SATS Ltd. Singapore, a member of the supervisory boards of easyJet plc, UK, and Accelleron Industries AG, Switzerland, and a non-executive director at PSA International Pte Ltd (“PSAI”), Singapore. In 2022, he founded his own investment and advisory company, Larix Equity AG, Switzerland. Dr. Trefzger holds a Ph.D. in business administration and management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
