Mr. Flaishans joined CD&R in 2010 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities. He plays a key role in the Firm’s investments in Capco and TruGreen. Prior to joining CD&R, Mr. Flaishans worked in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.
