CD&R Expands Technology Investment Team with Appointment of Harsh Agarwal

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice announced today that it has appointed Harsh Agarwal as a Principal on its investment team. Mr. Agarwal, who is based in the Firm’s New York office, is principally engaged in evaluating and executing investments in the software and technology-enabled services sectors.

Prior to CD&R, Mr. Agarwal spent nine years at EQT Partners in New York and TPG Capital in San Francisco, where he focused on transactions in the technology and media sectors. He began his career in the Technology, Media and Telecom group of the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co. 

Mr. Agarwal earned an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
